Jeff C. West is a bestselling and three-time award-winning author. He is an entrepreneur with over 30 years in sales, sales management, and business ownership. He has coached and led sales teams in multiple industries and has been among the top sales performers and sales managers in the nation with multiple organizations.

For over twenty years, Jeff was in the voluntary insurance benefits industry with a Fortune 500® insurance company. He led sales teams into qualifying for numerous awards for management excellence, National Conventions and that company’s President’s Club. After 20 years in field leadership, in 2014, Jeff published his first book, “The Unexpected Tour Guide” – a heart-warming parable that teaches valuable life lessons and sales principles – and was the winner of the 2015 Axiom Business Book Awards® Bronze Medal.

In 2022, Jeff and his co-author, direct sales legend, Lisa M. Wilber, published, “Said the Lady with the Blue Hair”, Amazon #1 Bestseller in Multi-level Marketing and #3 Bestseller in Women in Business. Although Jeff has lived in Texas for over thirty years now, he is originally from Dalton, Georgia, a small town in the northwest corner of the state.
