Craig Henzel began his 25+ year career as a U.S. Coast Guard officer, where he served on multiple ships, at the Pentagon following the September 11th terrorist attacks and offshore cleaning up the Gulf of Mexico following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster. Since then, he has worked across the globe as a business leader and corporate executive successfully leading large scale business transformation programs for global organizations that drive profitability, enhance cash flow and increase agility.

He credits his Coast Guard career with giving him the self-awareness and the capability to develop leaders to assume bigger roles and drive change in their respective organizations.

Henzel is on a mission to end Veterans Homelessness and this book is dedicated to helping Veterans find their footing and role in a bigger world that needs their dedication and leadership.
