Jeff Getty is a nationally recognized author and speaker with over 25 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, business owners and executives to implement sophisticated asset protection, tax reduction and estate planning strategies. Jeff has more than $8 billion in transaction experience with private offering of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and spin-offs for closely held and family-owned businesses. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science (taxation) from Duquesne University. In his spare time, he volunteers as a pro-bono attorney for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
