From taking delisted companies from NASDAQ and turning them around to developing a private island resort, Scott Z. Smith has been living and breathing the global flag theory in practice his entire life. He studied economics and political science at the University of South Florida where he receive his degree before building businesses in the banking, securities, and investment fields.

Scott presently divides his time between Miami Beach, Florida, San Pedro, Belize and Panama City, Panama.
