The title of this book is certainly more provocative than its contents which are steeped in time-honored habits for longevity--with a healthy skepticism of the mainstream American medical establishment thrown in for good measure. I appreciate Viguerie's urging to take responsibility for my health, do my own research, and bring gratitude and generosity into my daily practice. He definitely lives by example on all fronts and is a great mentor for America's future leaders. I appreciate that he values Vitamin D and Omega Fatty Acids so highly, for example. Basic nutrition seems to be neglected by most modern doctors--to the peril of an increasingly-sick public. Buy a paperback copy for friends who don't use Kindle!
